Designer Creates A Colorful, Floating Palette Installation In Istanbul<\/em><\/h3>\n

London-based designer\u00a0Paul Cocksedge\u00a0has created a colorful installation in lieu of the\u00a0<\/span>GREAT Festival of Creativity\u00a0in Istanbul.\u00a0<\/span>The installation is made up of\u00a0red, white and blue transparent disks that are placed to overlap each other in order to form a screen that the public can see through.\u00a0<\/span>Appeared to be floating, the colorful disks are actually suspended by steel wires that cannot be easily seen.\u00a0<\/span>As it is a festival that honors\u00a0British and Turkish designs, Cocksedge explained that the colors represent the respective countries, and the overlapping disks celebrates their connection.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n
